E-ticket

What is an electronic ticket or e-ticket?

An electronic form of a ticket in the form of a PDF file, offered instead of a regular ticket form. There is no need to exchange it.

How do I order an e-ticket?

  • Once you have selected the places you like for the event, choose the method of receiving the "E-ticket" and the method of payment by "Payment card (Visa/MC)", payment service "QIWI" or via the website Kaspi.kz
  • After the payment, you will receive an email with your electronic tickets and print them out on any printer. Tickets will also be available in the "Profile" in the "My Orders" section.  
  • Show the tickets to our staff at the entrance to the event to scan the barcode.
