Refund tickets
Refunds initiated by the customer:
Rules:
- Refunds are possible no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the event, unless otherwise specified in the event description.
- Only the user who placed the order can apply for a refund.
- Refunds are issued to the same account used for payment.
Deductions:
- A 10% deduction from the ticket cost will be applied as per the Offer Agreement.
- The service fee, if applied, is non-refundable.
How to apply:
In the personal account under "My Orders," select the order and click on "Refund Tickets."
Timelines:
Track the refund status in your personal account:
- "Refund application processing" – in progress;
- "Refund completed" – processed from our side. The timeframe for funds to be credited depends on the payment method and may take up to 30 days.
Refunds for canceled events:
Automatically processed; funds will be returned to the same account used for payment within 30 days.
Refunds for postponed events:
Processed only upon request and only by the user who placed the order. In the personal account under "My Orders," select the order and click on "Refund Tickets."
